Your Football Clubs Needs YouA FUNDRAISER: - If you will have a child or children playing football with the Lions this year, please consider putting your name forward for this extremely important, volunteer position. You’d be working with the Club’s President and Vice President and the rest of our dedicated and dynamic Board to develop and implement a plan to raise money and/or secure donations in kind. Whereas registration fees cover our basic operating expenses such as uniforms, equipment, and League fees, because we’re non-profit, everything else such as the scoreboard, second playing field and the Club’s current project, improved field lighting depends on monies raised through grants or contributions from private donors. I cannot stress enough how important this position is to the ongoing health of your Club. If you feel you could devote a little time and especially if you have a background in fundraising or sales, please e-mail me or give me a call. This is your chance to make a real difference to the football experience of not just your own kids, but all of our young players, both for now and into the future.
